Changing a Dark Mood

While holding a cup filled with water, speak all dark thoughts that come up into the water. Continue doing this until you can’t think of anything else. Pour the water out into a river, stream or onto some dirt, allowing the Earth to take your dark mood away. Then, hold a second cup of water, speak all of your gratitudes. Start by thanking the Earth for taking your dark mood away. Continue until you can’t think of anything more to say. Then, slowly drink the water, imagining the thinkgs you have spoken flowing into your life.
